المادة 89

على الاجنبي الذي قضي باخراجه ان يغادر الارض اللبنانية بوسائله الخاصة في مهلة خمس عشرة يوما يعاقب على كل مخالفة لتدبير الاخراج قضائيا كان او اداريا بالحبس من شهر الى ستة اشهر.

Art. 89: L'etranger expulse est tenu de quitter le territoire libanais par ses propres moyens dans le delai de quinze jours. toute infraction a une mesure d'expulsion judiciaire ou administrative sera punie d'un a six mois d'emprisonnement.
