المادة 97
كل حكم بعقوبة جنائية او جناحية من اجل جريمة اقترفت بواسطة السلاح او بالعنف يوجب الحرمان من حق حمل السلاح مدة ثلاث سنوات الا ان ينطوي قرار الحكم على خلاف ذلك.
Art. 97: Toute condamnation a une peine criminelle ou delictuelle pour une infraction commise au moyen d'une arme ou avec violence emporte privation du droit de port d'armes pendant trois ans, a moins qu'il n'en ait ete dispose autrement par la sentence de condamnation.
