المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد سلسلة فئات ودرجات الرواتب المراقبين في ديوان المحاسبة بالجدول رقم - 1 - الملحق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يصنف المراقبون الحاليون في ملاك ديوان المحاسبة في الدرجات المحدثة في الجدول رقم -1- الملحق بهذا المرسوم دون ان يؤدي هذا التصنيف الى اي تعديل في الفئة او الراتب . يجري التصنيف حكما دون حاجة الى استصدار نص خاص ويحتفظ المراقب باقدمية المؤهلة للتدرج.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره.
