المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5422 الصادر بتاريخ 18 آذار سنة 1946 تفتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية المكونة من مياه نبع الباروك ومجاريها بين رأس النبع والنقطة من مجرى النهر المرقمة بمدلول التسوية الطوبوغرافية عدد 5 الواقع على الضفة اليمنى على مسافة مئتين واربعين مترا من فجوة بتلون . ويستعمل هذا التحديد مجرى المياه بين فجوة بتلون وينابيع كفرنبرخ وما يتشعب عنها من اقنية ومجاري. تعين في مابعد لجنة للقيام بهذه العمليات التي تجري وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 المؤرخ في 10 حزيران سنة 1925.
