بناء على المرسوم رقم 11815 الصادر بتاريخ 4 نيسان سنة 1956, خلافا لاحكام المادة ال14 من المرسوم رقم 2152 تاريخ اول نيسان سنة 1938, يجاز نقل الترابة "فلت " الى مصنع الشركة الاترنيت في شكا شرط ان يتم النقل بواسطة صهريج من الحديد المقفل معد خصيصا لهذه الغاية.
