المادة 1

مادة 1: انشيء مكتب تمثيل للحكومة اللبنانية في تريستا يتولى شؤون لبنان القنصلية وتشمل صلاحياته منطقة تريستا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: عين السيد اميل جوزف كرم, رئيسا لمكتب تمثيل الحكومة اللبنانية في تريستا على ان يكون له صفة واختصاص القنصل الفخري.

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
