بناء على المرسوم رقم 1060 الصادر بتاريخ 22 نيسان سنة 1959 آ- تنحصر ملكية مياه نبع فريجه (محافظة لبنان الشمالي) والحقوق المكتسبة عليها بالاباتي مارون عطيه. ب - يستثنى من الحقوق المكتسبة المذكورة اعلاه تصريف يومي قدره خمسة عشر مترً مكعبً تخصص لشرب اهالي كهف الملول وسقاية مواشيهم.
