بناء على المرسوم رقم 1089 الصادر بتاريخ 27 نيسان سنة 1959 , تنحصر الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه عين عرمتى - قضاء جزين (محافظة لبنان الجنوبي) بالاشخاص الاتية اسماؤهم: اولا- عبد الرسول علي محمد يونس من عرمتى. ثانيً- زينب عبد الرسول من عرمتى. ثالثً- محمد ابراهيم الحاج من عرمتى. رابعً- محمود محمد ابراهيم يونس بوصفه وكيلا عن شقيقيه يونس وحسن من عرمتى.
