بناء على المرسوم رقم 2676 المؤرخ في 23 كانون الثاني سنة 1928 تؤلف بلدية في قرية القليعات (محافظة كسروان) تدعى بلدية القليعات اما منطقة هذه البلدية الجديدة فان مصلحة الاشغال العامة تعينها وفقا لاحكام المادة 12 من القرار 1208 المؤرخ في 10 اذار سنة 1922 وعينت لجنة خاصة للقيام باعمال مجلس بلدية القليعات مؤلفة كما يلي: رئيس : الشيخ حنا رايج الخازن اعضاء: يوسف حنا صفير. سليم منصور ملكان. اسكندر عبدو بويز. عبدو يوسف ريف . عبدو الياس ابي راشد
