بناء على المرسوم رقم 3449 المؤرخ في 20 حزيران سنة 1928 تؤلف لجنة قوامها: رئيس : الدكتور كوزره المستشار الفني لوزارة الصحة والاسعاف العام اعضاء: مدير الصحة والاسعاف العام. رئيس اطباء بلدية بيروت مدير الزراعة. مدير المختبر الكيماوي. مدير المختبر البكتريولوجي. رئيس جمعية الاطباء. رئيس نقابة الصيادلة لدرس اسباب التسمم المتأتية عن اكل الجبن الاخضر بصورة مفصلة وايضاحها واخذ كل الاحتياطات القاطعة ضد المادة التي يتبين ضررها ظاهريا او علميا وتجتمع اللجنة المشار اليها بناء على دعوة من رئيسها
