المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8349 الصادر بتاريخ 19 ايار سنة 1952 تفتتح اعمال تحديد وتحرير العقارات اعتبارا من اول آب في مناطق مزرعة مراح المير وشيخان وعنايا وكفربعال وطرزيا (قضاء كسروان) يترتب على السلطات الادارية في محافظة جبل لبنان تأمين نشر فتح الاعمال المذكورة في المناطق المار ذكرهما. يستهدف للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 51 و52 من القرار رقم 186 المعدل بالقرار رقم 44 ل.ر اعلاه, كل موظف وكل شخص يرتكب مخالفة اثناء عمليات المساحة المذكورة آنفا سواء كان مرتكبا او معاونا للمخالفة او مشتركا فيها.
