بناء على المرسوم 4774 المؤرخ في 30 اذار سنة 1929 تعتبر بحنس مركزا للاصطياف ويعاد تشكيل البلدية في بحنس وتؤلف لجنة بلدية خاصة للقيام باعمال المجلس - البلدي الى ان تنتخب هيئة غيرها
