بناء على المرسوم رقم 7120 المؤرخ في 10 ايلول سنة 1930 عين اليوم العاشر من شهر ايلول سنة 1930 موعدا لافتتاح الصيد في جميع اراضي الجمهورية اللبنانية وقد عين اليوم الاول من شهر شباط سنة 1931 موعدا لاختتام الصيد ويظل صيد العصافير المفيدة للزراعة ممنوعا طبقا للقرار رقم 39 المؤرخ في 2 تشرين الاول سنة 1920
