بناء على المرسوم رقم 7966 المؤرخ في 4 ايار سنة 1931 ان الاسعار الاساسية التي تجبي بموجبها رسوم المسكرات عن عام 1930 في القضاء مركز محافظة البقاع تحدد كما يلي:
