المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 12750 الصادر بتاريخ 12 تموز سنة 1956, تفتتح اعمال تحرير وتحديد العقارات اعتبارا من 20 ايلول سنة 1956 في المناطق العقارية الآتي بيانها: قضاء بشري ــــــــــ وادي قنوبين. قضاء عكار ـــــــــ القبيات . يترتب على السلطات الادارية في محافظة لبنان الشمالي تأمين نشر موعد افتتاح الاعمال المذكورة بالمادة السابقة في المناطق العقارية ذات الشأن والمجاورة. يستهدف للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 51 و52 من القرار 186 المعدل بالقرار رقم 44/ ل. ر. كل موظف وكل شخص آخر يرتكب مخالفة اثناء الاعمال المذكورة آنفا سواء كان مرتكبها او معاونا للمخالفة او مشتركا فيها.
