المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7311 الصادر في 11 كانون الثاني سنة 952 تفتتح اعمال تحرير وتحديد العقارات اعتبارا من 15 اذار سنة 952 في المنطقتين الآتي بيانهما من قضاء البترون: - كفرخلص - قرنصون - يترتب على السلطات الادارية في محافظة لبنان الشمالي تأمين نشر موعد افتتاح الاعمال المذكورة بالمادة السابقة في المناطق العقارية ذات الشأن والمجاورة. - يستهدف للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 51 و 52 من القرار 186 المعدل بالقرار رقم 44 ل.ر. كل موظف وكل شخص آخر يرتكب مخالفة اثناء الاعمال المذكورة آنفا سواء كان مرتكبا او معاونا للمخالفة او مشتركا فيها.
