المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1570 المؤرخ في 13 اذار سنة 1935 تكون اولية المرور في المفارق وملتقيات الطرق للمركبات السائرة على الطرقات الاتية: طريق بيروت - طرابلس - عريضة طريق عرقة - حمص طريق بيروت - الناقورة طريق بيروت - الشام طريق شتوره - رياق - بعلبك في جميع طرق الاراضي اللبنانية ما عدا التي تعينت فيما تقدم الاولى اعلاه يجب على كل سائق في المفارق وملتقيات الطرق ان يترك الممر للسائق القادم على طريق موجودة عن يمينه(تطبيقا للمادة العاشرة من القرار 15 /ل ر)
