بناء على المرسوم رقم 9946 الصادر بتاريخ 26 تموز سنة 1955, تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية على مياه اليمونه بين مخرج النفق وحوض التوزيع في شليفا (محافظة البقاع). تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد تجري عمليات التحديد وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 تاريخ 10 حزيران سنة 1925.
