عدلت المادة الثالثة من المرسوم رقم 122 الصادر في 6 حزيران سنة 1932 كما يلي: "كل مرسوم يختص باحالة موظف الى مجلس تأديبي يشتمل عدا ما تقدم على تعيين الموظف المشار اليه في المادة الاولى المتقدم ذكرها كما هي معدلة بمقتضى المرسوم التصحيحي المؤرخ في 7 شباط سنة 1933
