بناء على المرسوم رقم 2200 المؤرخ في 6 نيسان سنة 1938 تفتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه نبع "عين راعا" الواقع في مجرى نهر راعا على حدود قرى الدوق ومحمرش ومارماما. وتجري المعاملات المذكورة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 23 و24 من القرار رقم 320 الصادر في 26 ايار سنة 1926 وفي المنطقة المنتفعة من المياه المنوه عنها.
