المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2584 المؤرخ في 20 حزيران سنة 1938 تضاف على المرسوم رقم 3308 الصادر بتاريخ 19 ايار سنة 1928 المادة التالية: المادة 113: ان المفوضين والمعاونين ومفتشي الامن والمسجلين والشرطيين الذين يكونون في المأذونية او في رخصة النقاهة ويطيلون امد هذه المأذونيات او الرخص مدعين المرض بدون دخولهم الى المستشفى او بدون موافقة اللجنة الطبية القانونية يعطى لهم نصف معاش اعتبارا من غد اليوم الذي ينتهي به اجل مأذونيتهم او رخصتهم حتى عودتهم الى مراكزهم ويدخل في ذلك يوم رجوعهم
