بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 16733 الصادر بتاريخ 5 آب سنة 1957 , تفتتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه منطقة الحمى الواقعة في اعالي مجدل ترشيش - قضاء المتن (محافظة جبل لبنان). - تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة السابقة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 23 و24 من القرار رقم 320 المذكور اعلاه.
