بناء على المرسوم رقم 3125 المؤرخح في 20 ايلول سنة 1938 اعفي المدعو جبران رفول بيضا من المدة الباقية من عقوبة الحبس لمدة ثمانية عشر شهرا المحكوم عليه بموجب القرار الصادر من المجلس العدلي المختلط بتاريخ 5 تموز سنة 1938 على شرط ان لا يحكم عليه مجددا بعقوبة الحبس في خلال خمس سنوات اعتبارا من تاريخ هذا المرسوم
