المادة 1

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2241 الصادر في 1 اذار 1943 عدلت المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 1344 المؤرخ في 20 تشرين الاول سنة 937 على الوجه التالي حدد رسم الاكل السنوي الذي يستوفى من تلامذة مدرسة الصنائع والفنون وبفروعها المختلفة كما يلي: عن كل تلميذ داخلي 360 ليرة لبنانية (ثلاثماية وستون) عن كل تلميذ نصف داخلي 150 ليرة لبنانية (ماية وخمسون) تدفع قيمة هذه الرسوم الى الخزينة العامة على ثلاثة اقساط متساوية مقابل ايصالات تقدم الى مدير المدرسة المذكورة يعمل بهذا المرسوم ابتداء من اول تشرين الاول سنة 1943
