بناء على المرسوم رقم 102/ET الصادر في 8 نيسان سنة 1943 تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية المكونة من مياه نبع المعارة والقناة التي تجر هذه المياه في نهر الصليب والكائنة في حراجل - ميروبا (قضاء كسروان) تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بهذه العمليات تجري عمليات التحديد المذكورة وفقا لاحكام القرار 144/S المذكورة اعلاه
