بناء على المرسوم رقم 167 الصادر في 21 نيسان 1943 ان الشروط التي تطلب لاختيار- اساتذة الفرع الزراعي هي الشروط المحددة لتعيين اساتذة دار المعلمين يتقاضى هؤلاء الاساتذة التعويضات التي نصت عليها احكام المرسوم رقم 1534 المؤرخ في 23 تشرين الثاني سنة 1942 والتي تدفع الى اساتذة دار المعلمين
