بناء على المرسوم رقم 17404 الصادر بتاريخ 8 تشرين الاول سنة 1957 تنحصر الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه نبعي البرج الفوقاني والتحتاني في منطقة بسلوقيت (محافظة لبنان الشمالي). اولا - يرى العقارين رقم 60 ورقم 62 ثانيا- لا حقوق مكتسبة على المياه الفائضة عن حاجة ري هذين العقارين.
