المادة 1

مادة 1: تعتبر الاشغال العائدة لمشروع انشاء محطة تحويل كهربائية في منطقة رأس بيروت العقارية من المنافع العامة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يستملك كامل العقار رقم 1114 وقسم من العقار رقم 1113 من منطقة رأس بيروت العقارية (محافظة بيروت) المبينان على الخريطة رقم B1A 193 واللائحة المرفقتين بهذا المرسوم وفقا للاحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية النافذة, وذلك لصالح مصلحة كهرباء لبنان.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
