المادة 1

مادة 1:

يسمح للجنة المكلفة بموجب المرسوم رقم 97 تاريخ 11/04/1989 بتصفية حقوق العسكريين المحالين الى التقاعد والمسرحين وعائلات الشهداء والمتوفين بالاعتماد على سجلات الخدمات العائدة لهم والموجودة في قطعهم الادارية واعتبارها صحيحة

المادة 2

مادة 2:

في حال عدم وجود سجل الخدمات تعتمد المعلومات المتوافرة لدى اللجنة وقيادة الجيش وتصريح صاحب العلاقة

المادة 3

مادة 3:

تكلف قيادة الجيش بتسوية الاوضاع الادارية الناجمة عن تطبيق هذا المرسوم عندما تدعو الحاجة

المادة 4

:

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدروه
