إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)، لا سيما المادة 115 منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9071 تاريخ 8/11/2002 (انشاء اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون)،

بناء على قرار بلدية محمرش رقم 3/2016 تاريخ 6/8/2016،

بناء على قرار اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون رقم 106/2016 تاريخ 16/12/2016،.

بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

ضمت بلدية محمرش الى اتحاد بلديات منطقة البترون - محافظة لبنان الشمالي.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
