ان رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 1436 تاريخ 23/3/1950 (نظام فتح المدارس الخاصة) وتعديلاته ولا سيما المرسوم رقم 9408 تاريخ 15/10/1996.

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من السيدة جان رسلان ملاعب والمسجل بالرقم 1083/12 تاريخ 30/1/2018 والمتضمن طلب الاجازة له بفتح مدرسة خاصة في بيصور (قضاء عاليه) باسم "Ghadi Cultural School".

بناء على اقتراح وزير التربية والتعليم العالي.
