إن رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على القانون رقم القانون رقم 227 تاريخ 16/07/2021 القاضي بالموافقة للحكومة اللبنانية بالانضمام الى اتفاقية انشاء البنك الآسيوي للإستثمار في البنى التحتية (Asian -- AIIB Infrastructure Investment Bank)

بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 8/2/2022,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أبرم الانضمام الى اتفاقية إنشاء البنك الاسيوي للاستثمار في البنى التحتية - (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

AIIB والموافق عليه بموجب القانون رقم 227 تاريخ 16/07/2021 .

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
