إن رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور، لاسيما المادتين 52 و65 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 4/3/2022 و30/3/2022،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أبرمت مُذكرة التفاهم بين وزارة الدفاع الوطني في الجمهورية اللبنانية ووزارة الدفاع في جمهورية العراق حول التعاون في المجال العسكري الموقعة بتاريخ 28/12/2021 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
