إن رئيس الجمهورية،
بناء على الدستور،
بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـم 150 تـاريـخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته )قانون القضاء العدلي) لا سيما الـمادة 93 منه،
بناء على القانون رقم 129 تاريخ 26/10/1999 وتعديلاته الـمتعلق بمنصب الشرف في القضاء،
وبعد موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 13/6/2022،
بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،
يرسم ما يأتي:
