إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 12/5/2022،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

أُبرمت الإتفاقية الـمتعلقة بالتعاون القضائي في الـمجال الجزائي بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة الجمهورية الجزائرية الديمقراطية الشعبية الـموقعة بتاريخ 26/2/2022 والـمرفقة ربطاً.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
