بناء على الدستور لاسيما الـمادتين 62 و65 منه

بناء على اقتراح وزير الطاقة والـمياه،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 6/11/2024

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

الـموافقة على إنضمام لبنان الى الإتفاق الإطاري لإنشاء التحالف للطاقة الشمسية (International Solar Alliance) (ISA) والـمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
