إن رئيس الجمهورية،

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقـم 102 تـاريـخ 16/9/1983 وتعديلاته (قانون الدفاع الوطني)، لا سيما الـمادة 23 منه،

بناء على اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني،

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 27/3/2025،

يرسم ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين العميد الركن محمد الامين مديرا عاما للإدارة في وزارة الدفاع الوطني.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا الـمرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة، ويعمل به فور صدوره.
