المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز انضمام لبنان الى الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحماية البحر الابيض المتوسط من التلوث والبروتوكولين الملحقين بها والتي عرضت للتوقيع في مدريد من 17 شباط 1976 الى 16 شباط 1977.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي في اليوم التالي لنشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
