المادة 1

صدق الاتفاق المعقود بتاريخ 5 تشرين الثاني سنة 1942 بين الحكومة اللبنانية وشركة التسليف الزراعي والصناعي في لبنان من اجل تسليف خمسة ملايين ليرة لبنانية (5000000 ل ل.) للمزارعين والمالكين اللبنانيين.
