المادة 1

مادة 1: صدقت الاتفاقية المعقودة بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والحكومة الفرنسية والموقعة من قبل وزيري البريد في البلدين.

المادة 2

قبلت الهبة موضوع الاتفاقية المذكورة اعلاه والمكونة من تقديم خدمات ثمانية خبراء فرنسيين لمدة سنتين.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
