مادة 1: أبرمت مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة بين مجلس الإنماء والإعمار والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية والمتضمنة قبول هبة لتنفيذ أعمال مشروع تأهيل وترميم الطريق الممتدة من الناقورة إلى مرجعيون ـ الجنوب، والمرفقة ربطا.
