المادة 1

اجيز لمصرف التسليف الزراعي والصناعي والعقاري ان يستعمل مبلغ خمسة ملايين دولار موضوع القرض المعقود بينه وبين مؤسسة القروض الانمائية الاميركية ليسلفها الى الصناعيين بفائدة لا تتعدى 5و6 بالمئة.
