مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة 34 من المرسوم رقم 6474 تاريخ 26/1/1967 (النظام العام للمؤسسات العامة والمصالح المستقلة) على الوجه التالي: يكون المركز الرئيسي لمصلحة الابحاث العلمية الزراعية في تل عماره (رياق- البقاع) والباقي بدون تعديل.
