اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى ذيل الفقرة (1) من المادة 68 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/06/1959 الاتي نصه: "وكل موظف انقضي على تاريخ دخوله الخدمة اربع واربعون سنة اذا كان معينا بعد 13 كانون الثاني 1955 وست واربعون سنة اذا كان معينا قبل هذا التاريخ".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
