المادة 1

مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة 17 من قانون "النقد والتسليف وانشاء المصرف المركزي" الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بموجب المرسوم رقم 13513 تاريخ 1/8/1963 بعد عبارة "ونائب حاكم ثالث " العبارة التالية: "ونائب حاكم رابع".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعدل عدد اعضاء لجنة الرقابة على المصارف المنصوص عنه في الفقرة الثانية من المادة 8 من القانون رقم 28/67 تاريخ 9/5/1967 بحيث يصبح خمسة بدلا من ثلاثة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
