ان حق الانتفاع وحق الايجار العادي الذي يزيد مدة كل منهما على العشر سنوات وحق الايجار المنصوص عليه بالقرار رقم 12 الصادر في 16/1/1934 الذي تزيد مدته على عشرين سنة لا يصح اكتسابه قبل الحصول على الترخيص .
