المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: مدد العمل اعتبارا من 1/1/1982 وحتى تاريخ 31/12/1982 , بجميع الاحكام الاستثنائية التي حددها المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/1977 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تطبق احكام المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 42 تاريخ 26/5/1977 على الاتحادات العمالية واتحادات ارباب العمل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: اجيز للحكومة, بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء ان تمدد عند الاقتضاء العمل باحكام هذا القانون لمدة اقصاها نهاية عام 1983 .

المادة 4

مادة 4: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
