المادة 15

تطبق أحكام هذا القانون على الدعاوى العالقة التي لم يتم الفصل بها نهائيا.

وتلغى جميع النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية العامة والخاصة المخالفة لاحكام هذا القانون او غير المتفقة مع احكامه.
