ليس لرب العمل ان يصرف الاجير من الخدمة ولا ان يوجه اليه علم الصرف اثناء الاجازة المرضية.
Art. 42. L'employeur ne peut licencier le salarié ni lui adresser de préavis de licenciement pendant les congés de maladie.
