اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

خلافا لاي نص آخر, يمدد العمل باحكام القانون رقم 322 تاريخ 24/3/1994 الممدد العمل به بموجب القانون رقم 92 تاريخ 14/6/1999, والمتعلق بالسماح للمهجر بالبناء ضمن عقارلا يستوفي الشروط القانونية للبناء, لمدة سنة ونصف.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به ابتداء من تاريخ انتهاء العمل بالقانون رقم 92 تاريخ 14/6/1999 ولغاية 31/12/2002
